For 28 years, I've worked at the intersection of advanced technology and safety-critical systems—from aerospace and nuclear systems to AI foundation models and autonomous technologies. My focus is developing robust methodologies for testing, validating, and governing AI in high-assurance environments.
Currently Head of AI Research at QA-Systems, where I lead research into secure and reliable deployment of foundation models, with a focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and testing methodologies for safety-critical applications.
I serve as an invited expert on AI safety and governance, including panels at One Young World Bath 2025 and contributions to HiPEAC Vision 2026. I'm co-chair of the TechNexus Programme, fostering collaboration across European technology domains for complex and critical systems.
